Germany
Officially, Federal Republic of Germany, in German, is a central European country which is part of the European Union (EU). Bounded to the north by the North Sea, Denmark and the Baltic Sea, to the east by Poland and the Czech Republic, to the south by Austria and Switzerland, and to the west by France, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands.
Germany means "land of the Germans' is not the same as German, referring to one of the barbarian peoples who crossed the Rhine River and invaded the Roman Gaul during the fifth century In addition to German, is also widespread use of gentilicio German, derived from the name with which the Romans knew the area and where they were other peoples, which was known as German, Germania.
For most of its history, Germany was a geographical term used to describe an area occupied by several states, most of whom belonged to the so-called Holy Roman Empire (Nation German or Germanic). Germany became a united state during 74 years (1871-1945-called German Empire, known as the Weimar Republic and Nazi Germany), but was divided at the end of World War II, in the Federal Republic of Germany (RFA), known as West Germany and the German Democratic Republic (GDR), known as East Germany. On October 3, 1990 the GDR became part of the FRG, which Germany became a unified state.
China
The Spanish name "China", which is similar in most European languages, seems to have come to Europe from South Asia, and although there is no conclusive evidence could come from the name of the Qin dynasty, the first imperial dynasty. In ancient times, it also used the name Catay, which has its origins in the village altaico kitán, who founded the Liao Dynasty in the century X. This is the name that was called to China in the stories medieval Europeans, as the "Marco Polo Travel." The name "Catay" in light variations, still survives as usual name of China in some languages such as Russian and Mongolian. Mexico
It is a federal republic composed of 32 states that occupies the southern part of North America. According to the Mexican constitution in force, the official name of the country is United Mexican States and the headquarters of the powers of the federation is in Mexico City, whose territory has been designated as the Federal District.
The territory bordered to the north by the United States; east, the Gulf of Mexico and Caribbean Sea, southeast, with Belize and Guatemala, and on the west by the Pacific Ocean. The area occupies a Mexican extension close to 2 million square kilometers, which is placed in position fourteenth globally among countries ranked by its surface. In this territorial area live more than 103 million personas.2 Therefore it is the most populous Spanish-speaking nation, but the Spanish lives in Mexico with numerous indigenous languages which are recognized by the national Mexican State.
Peru
Officially, the Republic of Peru, is a country located on the west coast of South America. It is limited to the north, Ecuador and Colombia, to the east by Brazil, on the southeast with Bolivia, Chile to the south and the west by the Pacific Ocean.
The Peruvian territory housed Caral civilization, one of the oldest in the world, as well as the Inca Empire, the state's largest pre-Columbian America. The Spanish Empire conquered the country in the sixteenth century and established a viceroyalty, which included most of its South American colonies. After gaining independence in 1821, Peru has gone through periods of political turbulence and fiscal crisis as well as periods of stability and economic growth.
France
Officially known as French Republic (in French: République française), is a country whose metropolitan territory is in western Europe, but also includes regions, islands and archipelagos in various parts of the world.
The continental limited to southwest France with Spain (623 km) and Andorra (56.6 km), on the west by the Atlantic Ocean, north to the English Channel;
Australia,
It is a nation located in the southern hemisphere, which occupies almost the entire continental Oceania, the smallest continent of the world, as well as several islands in the Pacific, Indian, and the Antarctic. Countries near Australia include Indonesia, East Timor and Papua New Guinea to the north, the Solomon Islands, Vanuatu and New Caledonia's French unit to the northeast and southeast New Zealand. Australia is the sixth largest country in the world and the largest in Oceania.
The Australian continent has been inhabited for over 42,000 years by Aboriginal Australians. After sporadic visits by the fishermen in the north and European explorers and merchants who started in the seventeenth century, the eastern half of what is now Australia was claimed by the Kingdom of Great Britain in 1770, and in 1788 established a penal colony in New South Wales. Due to population growth and the exploration of new areas, five other colonies of the Crown were successfully established during the course of the nineteenth century.
Nuestra historia comienza una tarde en manhathan que ya estaba bajo el agua dentro un edificio jigante que contrastaba con lo lujoso y grandioso de su tamaño con los vecinos edificios antiguos y desgastados por la erocion del mar, competidores rascacielos del siglo XX que hacian una vista impresionante emergiendo del mar. alli dentro de ese edificio grande y ostentoso justo en el centro se llevava acabo una junta entre los accionistas de una compañia cybertronics dedicada ala robotica en la cual el Dr.Hubbie comiensa a hablar:
Dr.Hubbie- crear un ser artificial ha sido el sueño del hombre desde el nacimiento de la ciencia, y no solo de la edad moderna cuando nuestros antepasados asombraron al mundo con maquinas fuertes ¡monstruos capaces de jugar al ajedrez! que lejos hemos llegado
Un accionista- seres grandes perfectos llenos de cables que no necesitan baterias con rostros familiares y no carentes de caracteristicas humanas como piel cabello ojos...
mientrastanto el Dr.Hubbie se levanta de su asiento y lo interrumpe ¿pero debemos estar orguyosos? mientras todas las miradas incredulas se dirigen hacia el -¿pero que hemos creado? Dr.Hubbie ¿podria ir al punto? preguntó murray jefe del departamento de refacciones alo que el Dr.Hubbie respondio sacando un pequeño boton de su bolsillo levanto la mano ala vista de todos y de pronto la habitacion se partio en dos tormando una especie de triangulo se veia claramente al centro en medio de vapor una figura femenina bastante hermosa y al parecer humana el Dr.Hubbie bajo unos escalones hacia ella y tocando un boton en su nuca grito- ¿nuestro mas gran de logro! mientras el rostro de la hermosa chica se habria por la mitad dejando ver una serie de luces aparatos cables chips hasta poder sacar un chip de memoria algo circular aparentemente su cerebro lo puso en una mesa y se sento frente a el diciendo: un juguete sensorial, con sircuitos de conducta inteligente, basados en una tecnologia de secuenciacion de neuronas tan vieja como yo...- creo que mi trabajo sobre el trasado de la transmision de un impulso en una sola neurona nos permitira dar el siguiente paso para asi poder construir nadamas y nada menos que un meca revolucionario que cambiara la historia del hombre y la maquina.- el silencio toma la habitacion solo se escuchaba el golpeteo de las olas en las orillas de aquel edificio que emergia del agua en medio de manhattan.
Dr.Hubbie- propongo construir UN ROBOT CAPAZ DE AMAR
Un cientifico interrumpe- pero si todos los meses vendemos miles de modelos "llenos de amor"
Dr.Hubbie- exacto y tu eres tu mejor cliente
-las risas llenaron la abitacion mientras el Dr.Hubbie se dirigia nuevamente a su amiga robot e introducia nuevamente aquel chip de memoria para poder preguntarle- ¿ que es el amor?
alo que el robot le respondió- amor consiste en abrir un poco los ojos, respirar mas de prisa subir la tempreatura de mi piel -Dr.Hubbie etc etc silencio apagate y los ojos de aquella mujer hermosa robot se cerraron mientras el gritaba pero no me referia asimuladores de sensoridad eh utilizado claramente la palabara "amor"; como el que siente un niño por sus padres. propongo que construyamos un niño robot capaz de amar, un niño robot con un amor perfecto que quiera sinceramente a sus padres o al padre qeu le haga la impronta con un amor que jamas tendra fin, un meca que sustituya a aun hijo pero un meca capaz de rasonar con firma neuronal y sugiero que el amor sea la clave por la cual se logre una especie de subconciencia no conseguida hasta ahora un mundo interior de metafora de intuicion de rasonamiento automotivado de sueños
la profesora alexandra interrumpio- pero con la cuestion social que va aumentando en contra los meca el enigma no es si pueda amar sino mas bien yo creo que sera ¿habra un ser humano que pueda corresponderle?
Dr.Hubbie- sera un niño perfecto como captado en una foto fija siempre cariñoso no enfermara ni cambiara contodas las parejas que aspiran en vano a un permiso para tener un hijo nuestro meca no solo habriria un mercado tambien cubriria una necesidad integra
profesora alexandra- pero no ha respondido a mi pregunta si un robot pudiera amar realmente a una persona ¿que responsabilidad tendria esa paersona asu vez con respecto al meca? ¿es una cuestion moral no?
Dr.Hubbie- la mas antigua de todas. ¿pero en principio no creo dios a adan para que le amara?
Corrian los años que siguieron al deshielo de los casquetes polares debido al efecto invernadero, el nivel del mar habia acendido hasta arrasar con las grandes ciudadesalo largo de todas las costas del mundo; Amsterdang, Venecia, Londres, Hongkong, New york habian desaparecido. Millones de personas habian desparecido, el clima se volvio cahotico, sientos de millones morian de hambre en los paises pobres y en el resto se produjo un alto nivel de prosperidad cuando muchos de los gobiernos existentes mostraron extrictas medidas legales para autorizar los emabarasos por lqo eue los robots que nunca tenian hambre y no consumian mas que los recursos necesarios para su fabricacion se convirtieron en un elemento esencial de la estructura economica de la civilisacion.
